Humphrey Foundation Learning Center is committed to providing a strong educational foundation for prospective members of our learning community. Our admissions process is designed to identify and enroll learners whose values and goals align with the mission of HFLC.

The institution reserves the right to decline applications from candidates exhibiting behavioral concerns or medical conditions that may impede their participation. Admission decisions are informed by a combination of entrance assessments, academic and behavioral records from prior schools, and a formal interview with the applicant’s parents or guardians.

Upon acceptance, learners are expected to fully comply with HFLC’s program requirements, academic standards, and the ethical and behavioral expectations set forth by the Administration.

Nursery and Kindergarten

1. Requirements

   • Photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate

   • Progress Report Card from the previous school with Registrar/Principal's signature, if available

   • Two (2) copies of I.D. picture (2x2 in size with white background) Scanned and computerized pictures are not allowed

2. Age Requirement

   • Nursery (4 years old by 31 October of the academic year)

   • Kindergarten (5 years old by 31 October of the academic year)

Note: Children born between November 1 and December 31 must have completed one year of Pre-Kindergarten in a school with a valid permit or recognition.
